Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant, the same used in making No Slip Clips. Fold the ribbon in half to find the center, then apply approximately four inches to either side. For smooth straight silicone lines: tape the edges with painters tape, apply the silicone, smooth evenly, remove painters tape and set aside to allow silicone to dry (at least a day).

Cut ribbon between 28 to 33 inches long, thread through the cord lock, heat seal the ends.
