I’ve been to the Grimm Brothers Museum in Kassel, Germany. Almost all of the Grimm Brother’s original stories had a dismal ending. Their stories have been altered to portray completely the opposite of the way they were intended. Good German children stories have realistic endings like the broken silk strand plummeting evil beings back to hell.
