Jesus should hold the highest place in our lives, deserving our full devotion and undivided attention. Our relationship with Him should take priority over everything else—above ambitions, possessions, and even our closest relationships—because He is the source of true life and purpose. Like a team leader who not only directs but walks ahead of us, Jesus shows us the Way with wisdom, love, and clarity. He doesn’t just point toward the path; He is the path, guiding us through every challenge and decision with grace and truth. When we follow Him first, everything else finds its rightful place.
The purpose of the cross was to bridge the gap between humanity and God, offering reconciliation through the sacrificial love of Jesus. His death was not just an act of suffering—it was the ultimate expression of grace, making peace between us and our Creator. Though perfection may remain beyond our reach in this life, the cross opens the way to something far greater. The cross is not the end—it’s the beginning of restored relationship and everlasting hope.
