What John Saw

John saw something in the carpenter from Nazareth that no one else saw. He must have realized how privileged he was to have been born in such a unique time and place in history, and the insight he gained from his unique perspective must have blown his mind. To share that insight with us, he opened his story of the carpenter with a narrative that purposefully mirrored Moses’ creation narrative. Here’s my attempt to merge those two narratives in a way that illustrates what John saw.
