Bug is a writer (maybe) or a persona of one (maybe) who may be music loving, homelessexual, sleep deprived, doubleguntoting, bluntsmoking, non-NFP, non-ass-kissing, ass-kicking, ego-deflating, music-deafened, public service performing, plagiarizing, non-plagiarizing, genderless grunt. Plus a complainer (never a whiner), a conscientious objector, sort of like Private Prewitt or Granpaboy (https://www.vagrant.com/grandpaboy/) or Garfield the Cat. If it feels right it goes on the page, that be the creed of Mountains & Molehills. Contrary to reports, the Bug does have heart. Too much of it Bug thinks as lack of heart seems to irk him the most in music. Lack of brains really does not matter: Dumb cock rock is as valid as intelligent sophisticated compositions. Passion and fun matter. Technical brilliance really doesn’t swim. (S)he thinks (s)he can kick Mekaal and Faraz’s ass at guitar. At least at air-guitar. But don’t tell them that. (S)he certainly thrashed them in her dreams. At the end of the day this is what writing is to BUG: Rock n roll writing, written in a hurry, without much worry, bout rhyming or reason, sometimes in treason, from the head sometimes, but mostly from the heart, at least at the start, that was the plan.

(And yes the bug did rip a bit from Granpaboy when writing this all. Anything to get you listening to the man.)
