What is this exactly?
An interactive visualisation of Foursquare checkin history across London. Showing popular places to Eat Drink Shop Be Entertained
Why?
When exploring new cities I want more than just a map of highways and buildings. I want an insight into what people do and where they do it.
Why just London?
Because I live here (good for testing) and we've just had the Olympics (good for tourism numbers). I plan to do more cities soon.
