The eResources & Access unit is responsible for managing numerous key parts of the e-resources lifecycle: trials, licensing, activation, tracking, and troubleshooting. This includes the negotiation of license terms, ongoing maintenance of online resources, and day-to-day support of users by responding to queries and updating the
