About the Taoist Biker
Gosh, y’all wanna learn a little more about me? I’m flattered. Of course, if I didn’t want people to know more about me, I wouldn’t be blogging in the first place, would I? So I guess I should shut the hell up with the whole false modesty shit.
Here’s a brief guide to the man, the legend, the unbelievably longwinded: TB.

If you still want more, just search through the category: TB – The Guy (About the Author). Trust me, there’s probably a lot more there than you’d ever want to know.

Some good writing here, Taoist Biker. I’ve spent about an hour reading your posts and some of those you link to (didn’t know about the Ladder Theory, but got a kick out of it — probably because I’m already married and not too concerned about where I fall on anyone’s ladder. Except my wife’s of course, and she hasn’t thrown me out yet, so we’re good).
Sorry to hear about your bike. I went ten years between bikes and survived. Left a big hole in my Sunday mornings, though, that was only filled when I bought my VFR in 2001. That’s my bike you saw on the Church of Motorcycling post you left a comment on a couple days ago.
I’ll be back to see what you’re up to in the weeks ahead. Keep the good stuff coming, and take care.
Thanks for letting me know that there is life beyond Late-Stage Bike Withdrawal! Enjoy that VFR; it’s on my short list of bikes I’m contemplating for whenever That Day comes again!
(Along with another SV, an FJR, a Gold Wing…fantasizing can be so much fun…)
If you’re thinking big, don’t forget the new Concours 14 reviewed in the Sept Motorcyclist. I could see trekking 3000 miles to visit family aboard that thing.
LMAO @ your first comment line. Funnily enough, I had the urge to do that on Vix’s blog the other night, but I resisted, simply because I know how much it irritates the hell out of me too. Maybe that’s why I find it so funny? Or maybe it’s because it doesn’t take much to amuse me? That’s something I’ll have to explore.
Hey, I gotta question for ya. Why is there no option to subscribe to a feed of your blog? I think if I had that, I wouldn’t be so far behind on my reading.
Hmm, I usually click on a little orange button in my address window in Firefox to add things to my Sage blog plugin – but it does make sense to have one up there just in general. I’ll see what I can do!
Hello, I read your new stuff like every week. Your humoristic style is
witty, keep it up!
Really no matter if someone doesn’t be aware of after that its up to other users that they will help, so here it takes place.
It’s difficult to find experienced people about this subject,
however, you sound like you know what you’re talking about!
Thanks
