The leaked documents consist mainly of material produced under the auspices of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. All of the firms named in the files were contracted by the British government, but many also were running “multi-donor projects” that received funding from the governments of the United States and other Western European countries.
In addition to demonstrating the role these Western intelligence cutouts played in shaping media coverage, the documents shine light on the British government program to train and arm rebel groups in Syria.

These files provide clear insight into how the Syrian opposition was cultivated by Western governments with imperial designs on Damascus, and was kept afloat with staggering sums of cash that flowed from the pockets of British taxpayers – often to the benefit of fanatical militiamen allied with Al Qaeda.
While Dutch prosecutors prepare war crimes charges against the Syrian government for fighting off the onslaught, the leaked files are a reminder of the leading role that Western states and their war-profiteering companies played in the carefully organized destruction of the country.

Ny intervju med Syriens president Assad –
President al-Assad’s interview given to al-Sourya and al-Ikhbarya TVs

President Bashar al-Assad stressed that the scenario broadcast by the US about the killing operation of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, leader of Daesh organization, is part of the US tricks and we should not believe what they say unless they give the evidence.
The President added in an interview given to Al-Sourea and al-Ikhbariya TVs on Thursday, that the Russian-Turkish agreement on northern Syria is temporary one, and it reigns in Turkish aspirations to achieve more damage through occupying more Syrian territories and cut the road in front of the US.
President Al-Assad affirmed that the entrance of the Syrian Arab Army into regions of northern Syria is an expression of the entrance of the Syrian State with all services it offers, adding that the army has reached the majority of the regions, but not completely.
The President underlined that Syria hasn’t offered any concessions regarding the formation of the committee of discussing the constitution.

Idlib and the War of Terror Against the Syrian People. Ambassador Jaafari’s Statement at UN Security Council

Thank you, Mr. President,
This meeting comes in a timely manner, in order to allow us and a number of other countries to put the Security Council in the picture of terrorist attacks by armed terrorist groups from Idlib against the neighboring towns and villages of Aleppo, Northern Hama, and the northern Latakia countrysides.
When I talk about the attacks, I would like to point out that the last of these attacks was the massacre carried out by these groups two days ago in the village of al-Wadihi in the southern countryside of Aleppo, a crime that resulted in the killing of 12 civilians and injuring more than 16 others while participating in a wedding in the village.
The lives of the inhabitants of this village, which was safe and lead a normal life, were transformed into a state of terror that can hardly be described by the fall of missiles launched by the terrorists of Nusra Front, who are supported by Erdogan’s Turkish regime… The bodies of the martyrs and the wounded, mostly women and children, were scattered in the alleys of the village. They also caused extensive damage to homes, private and public property, including the health center and the village mosque.
This barbaric crime comes as part of a series of crimes committed by these terrorist groups led by the HTS terrorist organization, which is Nusra Front organization, which is on the Security Council’s list of terrorist organizations and entities, being Al-Qaeda Organization in Syria, these crimes must be clearly and inexplicably condemned by the Security Council.

Den gångna helgen kom glädjebeskedet att IS förlorat sitt sista fäste i Syrien. Kurdiska SDF hyllas för sina insatser, och de har utan tvekan spelat en viktig roll i att knäcka IS.
Men tystnad råder om de uppoffringar som den syriska armén gjort i kampen mot IS. Och tystnad råder om att den syriska armén hade kunnat göra mycket mer, om den hade sluppit bekämpa alla andra extremistgrupper som omvärlden stödde med vapen, pengar och krigare.
Visst måste IS-resenärerna ha förstått vad de gjorde. Frågan är hur det är med den svenska medie- och politikereliten. Jag ställer frågan direkt till er: Visst måste ni ha fattat vad ni gjorde när ni stödde det väpnade upproret i Syrien? Inte kan ni väl ha varit lika ovetande om terrorns verklighet som IS-resenärerna påstår sig vara?

I Agenda 24/3 fanns ett inslag om tortyr och krigsförbrytelser i Syrien. Påminner om det alltför osakliga programmet i Aktuell 2/1.
Där fanns ett inslag om detta 2/1 kl. 21.11-21.21. Jag tycker att inslaget var alltför okritiskt och förde ett resonemang om detta som är lika aktuellt idag.
Först intervjuades en man som uppgav att han utsatts för tortyr i Syrien. Det är förstås fullt möjligt, men det finns andra aspekter.
Tydligen diskuteras inte tortyren av IS och andra terroristorganisationer. Inte heller av USA, Frankrike, Storbritannien, Saudiarabien, Turkiet och andra länder som angripit Syrien och har baser där (USA, Frankrike åtminstone) i strid med FN-stadga och internationell rätt.
Han påstod att Syriens regering dödat mångdubbelt fler syrier än IS. Inga som helst stöd för detta har rapporterats.
I programmet nämndes, liksom 2/1 att rättegångar förbereddes i Tyskland mot krigsförbrytelser begångna av “den syriska regimen”, under ledning av European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) ECCHR.
Men som vanligt är det inte aktuellt att utreda den främste angriparen och misstänkta krigsförbrytaren USA och inte heller terroristorganisationen al-Qaida som stöds av USA.

Pierre Piccinin da Prata, the Belgian War reporter and Editor-in-Chief of The Maghreb and Orient Courier, held hostage with Italian war reporter Domenico Quirico by Syrian ‘rebels’ for five months, eavesdropped a conversation through a closed door- between their jailers about the chemical weapon attack and saying that President al-Assad was not responsible for Ghouta Sarin gas attack.

Syria has strongly dismissed a joint statement by the United States, France, and Britain that declares they will not be participating in the war-torn Arab country’s reconstruction as long as it is led by President Bashar al-Assad.
An anonymous source at the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates told Syria’s official news agency SANA on Sunday that the joint statement was “a historical document of lie, hypocrisy, deception, and falsification.”

The statement by the three countries also came in spite of the fact that Assad has already ruled out the prospect of allowing hostile Western regimes to help reconstruct Syria.
The source at the Syrian Foreign Ministry said the governments in Washington, Paris, and London were “fully responsible” for the bloodshed in Syria.
The source called the joint statement “blatant interference” in Syria’s internal affairs and said those countries that had “killed and destroyed” were not invited to contribute to the reconstruction of Syria in the first place.

The “War on Syria” has had many unintended twists and turns that were unforeseeable at the time it began. The plotters had no reason to believe they were going to lose, and the defenders had no option other than doing all they could and risk and sacrifice all that was dear and precious.
However, as frontlines are now being redrawn in Syria in preparation for the final showdown, a recapitulation of the events of the last eight years reveals that Syria did in fact end up having a revolution, but the group that embarked on the initial alleged revolution, the Free Syria Army (FSA) is nowhere to be seen.

Syria has gone the full circle against her enemies and against archaic and brutal dogmas. It seems that Syria has truly ended up having a revolution after all, a real revolution, and that real revolution has won. There is a great opportunity now to rebuild the nation, to rebuild it on wholesome, principled, virtuous and sound foundations.

Källan som alla världens stora medier hänvisar till och som i sin tur hänvisas till av svenska massmedier, kallas för Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. Och just från denna ”observatorium” undersöker man mänskliga rättigheterna i Syrien. Personalstyrkan är inte överdrivet stor och består praktiskt taget av en person som kallar sig Rami Abdul Rahman....
