Leadership Competency Model (LCM) 

When you take the LCM assessment, the system identifies the critical knowledge, skills, and abilities that a leader committed to SWE’s mission should strive for and builds an individualized learning plan to help you reach your potential.

Advance Learning Center (ALC)

SWE’s Advance Learning Center (ALC) provides online access to a valuable collection of live and on-demand professional development content available when your schedule allows. New courses are constantly being developed based on identified learning needs.

Digital Credentialing 

SWE offers digital credentials through Credly. A digital credential, or “badge”, is a way to share your accomplishments with the world. SWE currently offers badges for learning achievements, validated experiences, and special program completions.

Earn Your CEUs Through SWE

SWE is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). SWE complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard, which is recognized internationally as a standard of excellence in instructional practices. As a result of this accreditation, SWE is authorized to issue the IACET CEU. Courses offering CEUs are identified with the Accredited IACET Provider logo on the course page.
