Are We There Yet?

The Inquisitor – Age 9

Born in 1999, my firstborn son can ask a seemingly endless barrage of questions and was the inspiration for my blog title, Are We There Yet? He is very analytical and loves math and video games.  Extremely tall for his age (he’s 5’3″) he is a gentle giant with a heart of gold.

Golden Boy – Age 8

Formerly known as the “Accident Prone Son”, Golden Boy made his grand entrance in the Spring of 2001.  Once a magnet for misfortune (see Peek-a-Boo! and The Glowing Eyeball), Golden Boy is now living up to his NEW moniker.  He loves running, basketball and swimming and has a hard time sitting still.

Funny Girl – Age 5

Upon her arrival in June 2004, the entire dynamic of our household changed.  Not one to shy away from drama, Funny Girl quickly became the subject of most of my posts.  She has wreaked much havoc in our house (see Aspiring Artist, Don’t Judge a Sweet By It’s Package, and Great Defecations), but our world has definitely been a more interesting place since she arrived.  Who knows what she’ll come up with next…
