University of South Carolina Transparency Initiative
The University of South Carolina is committed to openness about the sources and uses of university funds. This transparency Web site provides information on payments to university vendors as well as for athletics team travel and state procurement cards. This site also contains links to university financial statements, budget documents approved by the university's Board of Trustees and annual reports compiled by the university for other state agencies. The University of South Carolina is a multi-campus system with funding sources that include unrestricted and restricted funds available to support the university's general operations in carrying out its primary mission of instruction, research, and public service.
