We want no part of it! No matter how you slice it, dice it, shred it, re-arrange it disguise it or amend it, we do not want our utility bills doubled! We do not want the retail price of everything we purchase greatly inflated.  Not as a stand alone bill, not as an amendment hidden in another bill, not in the dark of night, not in the light of day, read or unread.
