For me, YouTube freezes instantly, Adobe Flash Player crashes, the Firefox is forced to close. I have tried chrome and i still get the same problem. I have tried what you have said and that doesn’t work.

god, i work at Ryanair, customer service,don’t blame me after a training of 1 week entered directly to answer to customers, and….even their own webpage is blocked there at work, so id a customer asks,ia answer smth like from here to here do that after that i have absolutely no idea cause i can’t see the site, and i have no idea how things works,so…no comment.and the salary is shitty.

I recently booked a flight to Ibiza on the same flight as my friends. I also have a set of friends who booked on the SAME DAY as me on the SAME FLIGHT so we were all together. HOWEVER, I booked mine at 14:00pm and my friend has booked hers at 20:00pm and I paid £189.67 and everyone else paid £121.00. HOW DOES THAT WORK ?….. Someone please advise what I should do. I have called and they are USELESS to get hold of.

When you call the phone which “charge” you its always busy and they mention: sorry Ryanair lines are busy today!!! this is happing any day you call them. They want to charge you as much as possible.

The Ryanair-Website is so bad. While paying my tickets the site crashed and I had no information that it is already done. The consequence was a double-booked flight and an email from Ryanair (in hardly understandable german) telling me there is no chance to get back the payment.

Dude lets do 1 thing … write a wiki page on Ryan Air
and list all the possible prblems tht a costumer can have while dealing with the Ryan Air … and also giving brief review for the services .. coz most ppl search for nething in wiki b4 opening the home site itself.. I think tht shud make the job easier and raise a bit of opponence … ]]>

I never expect such a company can work in Europe with such low customer service.
They did not pay back my money after two months. The flight was simply cancelled and we waited 3 hours in th Q to fill up the Reimbursement form.
I prefer another European airline which charges the double price but every flight is AMAZING, the booking is easy, the personal treats you very well, no problems about luggage, drinks and snacks on every flight… and they do not ask you to take another entry in order to check your passport (Ryanair does and this is not nice).
