First, Gentle Reader, I know I have posted like this more than once before. Looking at this blog, I know I don’t post anywhere near as often as I would like. Recently I also started another blog, The Whiskey Trail, and I have moved my posts concerning drink from here to that site.
So, without making any promises, here are my plans for the Skin That Smoke Wagon blog for 2026:
HOW TO
In 2026 I plan to make a series of How To articles on cooking different barbecue delicacies:
- Beef brisket
- Boston butt
- Smoked sausage
- Turkey breast
- Chicken
- Barbecue sauces
- Sides to die for – slaw, potato salad, beans, and more
- Desserts to die for – biscuits, cobblers, ice cream, and more
