Hmm, looks like someone got herself a spanking $10K “scholarship” for sticking it out at science-something-or-other. Gotta be able to pay for living in HI.

I haven’t forgotten – but what exactly is it that you think I’ve done? I’ve moved my blog to a network founded by a group of graduate students with the mission of promoting science and science blogging. It is NOT set up for profit (science blogs was run by a for-profit media group) and I do not have advertising on my site. I chose to move to increase traffic on my blog and expand my audience. There is a public charter available on “the gam”, which may answer some of your questions.
I know changing your links is a bit annoying, but it really isn’t that difficult… just pretend like this site doesn’t exist anymore haha.
I do appreciate your criticisms however. What do you mean when you say “click to your entire blog”? I am also aware of the problem with comment subscriptions, and I’m working at resolving that one. It’s not a perfect process, but I hope it will be come a better blog than the one I’ve been running here. Please do keep the suggestions coming, and I hope you will continue to read over at the SFS.

Sun, 17 Oct 2010 05:17:43 +0000https://skepticalmoth.wordpress.com/?p=1202#comment-438Thanks for the moth ID, Chris! Hope you didn’t take offense with my comment above. Have you forgotten the hullabaloo Pespsigate with Alex of myremecos and others at science-something-or-other? I still can’t keep track of his blog since he moved it 3 times within a couple months. Right now, I’m not impressed with your new site. Many of the basic blog features (both WordPress and Blogger) do not work at chicken fried, like being able to click to your entire blog or have follow-up e-mail on comments. Simple things, really, but it does make it frustrating. I’m sure you’ll get all kinds of new followers, though. Best wishes.
