I covered the Lion’s Lake Initiative fund-raising event on Saturday April 17 at Lion’s Lake in Warrensburg. The group is raising funds to help pay for the lake’s dredging and restoration. Various local organizations were represented and around 100 people were in attendance. At last count they raised almost $3000. Click here to view the Flickr slideshow.
