Teaching and Leadership Experience

• January 2020: Developed lectures for training of the 2019-batch of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.
• 2017 - 2020: Developed the “Kritsnam Training Routine” for Kritsnam Technologies, which would serve as a standard training regimen for the company
• IDA, 2016: Started “Intellectual Development Academy (IDA)”, an Internet portal aiming to entertain the intellectual hunger of lifelong learners. The project was rejuvenated in 2020 and is available here.
• VANI, 2012: Initiated the VANI Project in the Computer Science Department, IIT Kanpur in May, 2012, to develop a social web platform for the campus. Led a team of 20 students, under the guidance of Prof. T. V. Prabhakar and Prof. Manindra Agarwal.
• Airbus FYI, 2011: Led a team of 5 students to represent IIT Kanpur in the Airbus FYI Competition, for designing a new Aircraft concept design
• Shiksha Sopan, 2010: Taught Physics and English to underprivileged school children, under the supervision of Prof. H. C. Verma
