Once upon a time…
This miniature Christmas village displays tell stories.
Once upon a time, the woodcutters labored over the season’s first timber, and neighbors gathered on snow-dusted street and sharing their joys.
Each house is illuminated with a warm, golden glow through the windows.
Once upon a time, I built this miniature English village collection, it had grown a little bigger, year after year. Now, my daughter displays it in her home, adding some new pieces to the collection.

Maple Leaves in Fall Foliage Colors
Maple leaves are translucent when backlit.
They dance on the branches under the sun.
These burnt sienna maple leaves are quietly soaking up the light morning rain.
