This blog is just a personal online journal and mini challenge for myself, even if no one reads it, I enjoy doing it and am not really bothered if anyone comments or not.
This isn’t really a recipe blog, I’ve not included specific quantities, I know how much I’m cooking, it’s just a What I had for dinner blog, along with pictures and the methods I used, but if anyone does want to try their hand at something new, hopefully it’s easy enough to follow.
I wasn’t sure how this blog would evolve, but 18 months down the line not only have I found an enthusiasm for baking which I lost many years ago, I’ve set myself a challenge, to see if it is possible to come up with 365 different dinners that don’t take anymore effort than an average evening meal would take to make.
We shall see.
Obviously the eating bit is great too..
I’m also interested in what my Friends have for their dinners and have been encouraging them to share with me photos and methods.
I also have a facebook page, 5 kinds of rice, (and photos) where anyone can share pictures of their dinners if they want to..
I’ve begun to create a Gallery of images which will take you to each blog post, or you can just be lazy and watch the slideshow..
Even if you just look at the photos, I hope you enjoy dinner..
If you click on any of the photos in a post it will enlarge the picture to it’s full size and you can see a far better visual representation..
