Each of our plans comes with a defined quota, with the option to process additional events by setting a pay-as-you-go budget. You can also plan ahead and save 20% over the pay-as-you-go rates by reserving events. Either way, it's a classic volume discount: when you use more, you pay less.
The Seer subscription includes $25/month of credits for issue scans and issue fixes; additional usage is billed against the PAYG budget.
Errors are sent every time an SDK catches a bug. You can send them manually too, if you want.
A span represents a single operation of work within a trace, making it easy to measure throughput and latency and debug issues across multiple systems.
A replay is a video-like reproduction of a user interaction including page visits, mouse movements, clicks, taps, and scrolls on a site, web app, or mobile app.
Attachments are files attached to errors, such as minidumps.

We collect PII about people browsing our website, users of the Sentry service, prospective customers, and people who otherwise interact with us.
What if my PII is included in data sent to Sentry by a Sentry customer (e.g., someone using Sentry to monitor their app)? In this case you have to contact the Sentry customer (e.g., the maker of the app). We do not control the data that is sent to us through the Sentry service for the purposes of application monitoring.
