Since our inception June 23, 2007, we have published a daily, informative post from a conservative perspective which grew to support for President Donald Trump and his unequivocal “America First” policies. Recent staff changes have taken place that necessitate fewer commentaries, although it is not our intent to end publication. Our readership has grown in the intervening years and we appreciate all who assemble here and add their own comments to the daily posts, keeping our site vibrant. Ambitious James McCain tries and fails rewriting his father’s “legacy”
Jimmy McCain is back, publicly reminiscing about July 4th with his dad and urging us to donate to the McCain Institute Foundation, which no doubt will be a circuitous funding mechanism for his own campaign. These folks think trading on the family name possessing zero credentials,, is a plus. Most conservatives find this tactic abhorrent.
Jimmy, newly referring to himself as “James” (his middle name is Hensley, a tribute to his mother’s beer baron father, James Hensley who left most of his family well heeled), writes about “finding an old July 4th barbeque video post of my Dad’s from 2017 where he reminded us: “It’s important to remember that we enjoy the freedom to do these very things because of the brave men and women who sacrificed to ensure our liberty.”
This is blatant pre-campaign rhetoric if ever there was any. Jimmy/James even reminds us that he has young sons, and signs off with feigned chummy, “All the best to you and yours.” though he knows none of us and doesn’t care to. As a novice politician with a Hensley inheritance, he can well afford a knowledgeable campaign advisor. He needs help.
….and honoring those 56 brave men who had the vision and strength of character to challenge authority and affix their signatures to the Declaration of Independence.
Before signing the Declaration of Independence, our Founders included this memorable line which has stood the test of time for 247 years:
“And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”
This is the noticefrom the U.S. Postal Service. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy Although his name is unfamiliar to most Americans, DeJoy is the second highest paid federal employee next to the president by virtue of his bonuses.
In 2021, DeJoy made a base salary of $305,681, which along with performance bonuses, totaled $480,985.
By comparison, President Joe Biden’s base salary is $400,000, while Vice President Kamala Harris’s is $235,100.

Biden administration actions promoting racial preferences in college admissions reversed
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton released this statement regarding the Supreme Court ruling reversing race-based admissions at Harvard College and the University of North Carolina.
Justice Clarence Thomas, a conservative and judicial originalist, made the following observation in his concurring opinion:
“The solution to our nation’s racial problems cannot come from policies grounded in affirmative action or some other conception of equity. Racialism simply cannot be undone by different or more racialism. Instead, the solution announced in the second founding is incorporated in our Constitution: that we are all equal, and should be treated equally before the law without regard to our race. Only that promise can allow us to look past our differing skin colors and identities and see each other for what we truly are: individuals with unique thoughts, perspectives, and goals, but with equal dignity and equal rights under the law.”
Homosexuality has month long celebrations, known as “Pride” events each June and has even spawned a word “cisgender“meaning the sex you were “assigned“ at birth. Proponents have co-opted the heavenly rainbow as their symbol along with the acronym LGBTQ+, which the plus sign assures encompasses every conceivable sexual deviation.
Joe and Jill Biden recently hosted a Pride event on the White House South lawn with the rainbow flag displayed alongside the American flag — in which they praised the group‘s “extraordinary courage,” telling the cheering crowd, “You are loved. You are heard. You are understood. And you belong.” He prioritized ending limitations placed on “gay” and bisexual Americans donating blood.
Biden’s spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre is a “married” lesbian, born in Martinique, the daughter of Haitian immigrants. His advisors cover all leftwing bases as the democrats eye the 2024 election.
Mothers and fathers each get a day of celebration. Veterans get a single day, as do U.S. Presidents, but somehow homosexuals rate an entire month. How did that happen?
In her capacity as Biden’s ‘Border Czar’ she has done worse than nothing, allowing an ongoing surge of illegal aliens from numerous countries to flood our sovereign nation unabated.
Harris was repeatedly criticized for not traveling to the Southern border, which led to significant plunges in her approval rating. She finally made a quick turn-around trip that accomplished nothing. To put the numbers of illegals in context read, “Just How Many Illegal Immigrants Have Entered the U.S. Under Biden? Here’s an Idea,” published on Townhall. They are the equivalent of the populations of 33 states and two territories, according to the report.
Harris’ approval rating hovered in the 50 percent realm for the last time in early August 2021, after which it dropped into negative territory, where it has remained.
This recent NBC Poll also found 68 percent of respondents expressed concerns about Joe Biden having the mental and physical capabilities to serve another four years as president. Only 32 percent said they had few or no concerns. These are the same people who still spray ants with banned pesticide DDT, which they hoarded. It’s been off the market since 1972 — the year Biden initially ran for Delaware Senator, hammering the incumbent as too old.
