Fertile Schmertile

Hello there.  This is me, a late 30-something re-embarking on the wonderful journey of infertility treatments.  I’ve spent several years and many tears on some of the “first order” treaments, with no success, and eventually just ditched the whole thing in disgust.  We went on to adopt the most wonderful little boy in the world and enjoy an open adoption with his first family.  Our little guy needs a little brother or sister, however, so again we approached the gates of decision.  We decided to try again, only this time, we’ll be taking on IVF.  This blog will be my journal through that process to sort it all out, have an outlet, and hopefully make some friends along the way.  Although this blog will be primarily about IVF and all its glory, I may also touch on how it affects or is affected by our connection with adoption.
