Courtesy to majoring in Computer Science I am technically one of those ‘geeks’ but have interests in literature, metaphysics, national & international politics, current affairs etc. always concerened about all geo-socio-political issues pretaining to Pakistan & Islam. Constantly in search of better means to ware time.
Moved to Saudi back in April’08 & perhaps would move back before finishing my 2 years assignment as I don’t find myself comfortable enough to live here for a second longer than necessary.
This blog, represents my own point of view regarding the Saudi lifestyle (if there is any ‘style’ 😉 _ and you are in no way forced to agree with me – We, the Muslims of Sub-Continent (specially) are by birth in love with Saudi Arabia – it is in our blood – the love remains there till you physically come here for a better life i.e. careers @ Saudi Arabia. It often comes as a shock – as mainly we get jobs in the eastern provinces which were originally not part of Hijaz – and Najd was a totally a different country at that time – its just the modern Saudi Arabia which contains Hijaz & Najd both – but there is a significant difference which anyone can feel between the two territories. The opinions expressed here are usually about the Najdi Saudi Arabia excluding Medina Munawwara.
