From the 18th of February, the John Rylands Library will be hosting Heroes and Kings, The Shahnama of Ferdowski, an exhibition to celebrate the millenium of the Shahnama. On display will be a collection of manuscripts from the Rylands collection, as well as art and museum pieces from the time.
The Exhibition is free and runs until the 27th June 2010. As well as the main exhibition, there will be events taking place including dance and film showings. See the flyer below for more information.
