Hi! We’re four female students from Northwestern University researching the joys and hardships of being a single mom in the Chicago area, and we’d love to here from YOU about your experiences! We’ll let you know what other moms have to say, and we can provide info from our studies about nannies, daycare, and anything else you might find relevant. Please email us at singlemomproject@gmail.com, or call 703.731.0197.
If you do come to CT this summer, we should meet for coffee, or dinner!
Hi – faithful reader (lurker). I’m American living in Saudi Arabia. Was a single Mama for many years and still interested in the struggle, I’d love to have the password if you are inclined to share it with me.

I recently separated and found your blog to be really helpful. I’m also the the psychology field and related to your graduate school experience (although its been a while since I was in the classroom). If you feel like sharing a password, I would like to read the other posts. Sometimes I wonder if this is how my soon to be exwife is feeling. I’ll never know for sure because she will not speak with me. Best of luck to you.
The password is zipyourlips Enjoy! :)

hello.
thank you for sharing such a personal story.
sorry that you and many of us have to go through infidelity, betrayal, etc. but it sounds as if you are getting through and healing. it seems for me to be so helpful to share our stories, so again, thanks. best to you and your kids.
I am getting through it. It seemed one an impossible task, and it still hurts beyond belief some days. But here I am, two years later, and a more whole, more self-actualized, more confident person. Time may not heal all wounds, but it does dull them. (Thanks for visiting!)
Hi, I’m a single mom, ADHD grad student in the Boston area and I’ve been perusing your blog for a little while and would love to have the password to keep up. Best,
