I am a 68 year old Canadian guy who has spent the last three decades in Chicago, have read a fair number of books, trod most every road: and now I am at this place.

What I will try to do here is make sense of those experiences and knowledge that have been tested and are right.

I certainly have no reason to be smug about what I will write, its just that it now feels as if I am in the right place to do this, and as I enter this next epoch.

Mix in a little theology, a little philosophy: Kierkegaard, Tillich, Hegel, and “Two and Half Men”: The ingredients for what I am putting down here.

I am going to try to connect the daily posts and the hospice observations to the big one, ‘Everyman’s Theology‘; this will take me some time, a lot of time, perhaps forever, I certainly hope so.
