I am starting a group for people who are ill and sponsors. There is no reason for anyone to ever feel alone. The requirements for a sponsor is a loving and giving nature, helpmate in finding resources, and being there for someone who is in need of a friendly ear. With your help we can make this happen. Please help me help others.
I got this idea while on my space. I befriended someone who is terminally ill and had just about given up. because I have experience as a caregiver I was able to give him accurate information and support, besides encouragement. I am happy to say he is doing amazingly well now. Not only will you provide something for someone less fortunate than you are, but you will also be rewarded in giving of yourself, knowing you have made a positive influence in the quality of someone elses life.
I believe that friends are quiet angels who lift us to our feet when Our wings have trouble remembering how to fly
