I’m with you Robyn. Sat Miss T decided to revert back to the same behavior as at Raleigh, spooking at everything in the ring and refusing to go down the rail, switching leads and all of that stuff that makes me a nervous wreck! Sunday was much better so we just have to hope that our horses have gotten that stuff out of their system now and will be rock stars at the show!

Lisa, I could not agree more. Unlike you, my stress level and anxiety have INCREASED daily, but I am working hard to adopt the “we’ve done all we can do, we need to put in a good test and let the chips fall” mentality! I can say it now, but next week will be a whole other ball of wax, and I hope I can make myself believe it!
I can guarantee that tears will be shed (of anguish and/or joy), fun will be had (and had and had and had), and it will be a great show.
I’m looking forward to our whole crew being together next week! ]]>

Robyn, I’m with you. I’ll be happy if Tiara just gives me the best ride we are capable of and I don’t do something silly like forget my test or something and let the chips fall where they may.
It is too bad we are all competing against each other but the good thing is that it increases the odds that at least one of us will bring home a jacket!
See you there! Lisa ]]>

Schoolmasters come in all shapes and sizes. I’d like to think Graham was one for me–not FEI, of course, just mid-level. Sometimes, they teach you not only what is right, but also what is wrong!

Hi Belinda, I forgot your email address when you gave it to me in Kentucky so I went online and fortunately I found this site. Just thought I’d write to let you know how great it was to see you again. I am in my own place now and am so happy to be here. I wake up every morning and see my horses in my back yard. I still have Molly and she is going really well. All the other guys are trying to keep up with her!
Matthew is married now and Alexandra is getting married in July 2011. Mackenzie is in 3rd year university and he is the tallest and the skinniest and a real treat to be around.
We have 2 dogs and 4 cats and life is good!
I have tried to keep up with your news and am always so proud to say I know you and how great a representative for Canada you are.
Maybe if you are having a clinic – if you could let me know – I will come and watch.
so great to see you again.

Robyn, I know what you mean. I have been doing well this week but I know the nerves will be back in force next week. At least you have more than one shot at a championship, we only have the one championship class. But then again I only have one class to really get nervous about so I guess it is all a trade off! lol Anyway looking forward to seeing you at the show, sorry you can’t join us with Anne this weekend!
