i’m a psychological counselor (psychotherapist) whose treatment modalities included group therapy and hypnosis, now retired for health reasons. i’m also a humanist, a musician, and autodidactic beyond the formal degrees necessary for my profession.  even if this blog doesn’t promise to improve you i hope at least it amuses you. thanks for being here!
