What is a Run?
Updated: 07, Tue, 2023 03:54 PM
In Positly a Run is an instance within your Project that contains a select group of Participants along with the Activity you want them to complete and other details such as when you want them to do it and how much you will compensate them.
Many studies may be a Project with a single Run, or they could be a multi-step study that contains multiple Runs.
When you run an Activity with more than 20 participants we recommend you first pilot your activity which would result in at least 2 Runs (your pilot, then your main study).
To create a Run on your Positly Dashboard, all you need is:
- Basic details
Name, duration, completions, pricing - Participant targeting
Demographics, Previous participation, Custom attributes - Activity details
Title, description, link
If you don’t have a Positly Dashboard you can Sign up now for free and start recruiting and managing participants for your online studies.
