Chiyuan Zhang

I'm a research scientist at Google Research. Before that, I got my PhD from CSAIL, MIT, working with Prof. Tomaso Poggio in the Center for Brains, Minds and Machines (CBMM).

I work on machine learning, deep learning and computational neuroscience. I'm especially interested in understanding the generalization and memorization in machine and human learning, as well as implications in related areas like privacy.
