./multimedia/libogg, Ogg project codecs library
[
Branch: CURRENT, Version: 1.3.6, Package name: libogg-1.3.6, Maintainer: pkgsrc-users
Provides static and shared Ogg libraries and documentation.
Ogg is a public domain, patent-free bitstream format.
Ogg project codecs use the Ogg bitstream format to arrange the raw,
compressed bitstream into a more robust, useful form. For example,
the Ogg bitstream makes seeking, time stamping and error recovery
possible, as well as mixing several separate, concurrent media
streams into a single physical bitstream.

Log message: *: Remove many GCC_REQD for particularly old GCCs In many cases the reasoning is poorly documented, or the reasoning for setting GCC_REQD is to work around a compiler bug. Practically a c99 compiler is now required for bootstrap (in at least several dependencies) so we can entirely rule out GCC versions before 3.0. |

Log message: *: remove pkg-config from tools where no buildlink3.mk file is included Bulk build on NetBSD of these packages had the same result as before (build succeeds, no PLIST change). |

Log message: Bump PKGREVISION for previous (to 1) The fix was actually in libogg and it's clients of libogg that don't build. |
