Saturday morning will mark my 3rd half marathon race and I’m really excited but a bit nervous since I still don’t feel 100% ready for the race. I had been nursing a minor injury that occurred after my second 21 km race. Hopefully, I can finish within the cut-off time of 2.5 hours for the 21 km category. The race route is almost the same with my first race so I expect that I’d be a tad faster running around 4 AM in the morning. I’m looking forward to a new personal record (PR) if the mood is right and my knees wont get in the way. If not, I can settle for the medal. It looks darn good in event forums.
