Open Art Doors – last post (probably)

Dear Blog followers,

After more or less 3 years of posting to Open Art Doors, I have decided to call it a day. I’ve enjoyed the challenge of covering so many galleries around the World, but now I’m going to free up the time – and dodge the issue of my image allowance running out.

Thank you for all your interest – I was glad to see that the following for this site was truly global. Ofcourse – I’m just the messenger, not even a curator. This blog represents hundreds of brilliant talents, not only the creators but so many organisers in the art  world. Special shout out to Magnus Karlsson whose gallery travelled an exhibition to London as part of the Frieze show in 2018 – so happy to find you!

And reiterated kudos to Ela whose Art Splash blog gave me the model to work from – I’ve never hidden the fact. My resource (list of galleries) is here for anyone to make use of: https://openartdoors.wordpress.com/about/

So, farewell for now. Though I’m sure to blog somewhere else about something else before long – it’s addictive. I’ll still be visiting galleries whenever I can, mostly in London.

All the best, and may your and my art doors always remain open…
