I’m in my early 40’s when I started running. I am an asthmatic and always bounded with our house walls due to my skin asthma but ever since I started running, I seldom had asthma attacks. I have never been healthier ever since. I feel younger and stronger than before. I wish that I had started running in my younger years.
I enjoy simple things as I am a simple person. I enjoy adventure. I love to test my capacity and limits. I enjoy watching movies. I like to draw and compose poems. I love running as well as eating.
I want to inspire women at my age that we have to take care of our body… not only for ourselves but also for our family.
I had joined several half-marathons, marathon and an ultramarathon last year, and now planning to join triathlon or aquathlon in the future.
I want to prove that age is just a number and it’s never too late to be what you might have been.

Hi, I came across this site while searching for running groups in Manila. I want to start some fitness program – im working online so I dont move at all 😦 However, I need to be motivated so I thought of looking for fitness groups. How can I join your group?

Hi, Iam usually invited to join workout events and sometimes workout with my friends. There is also an ActiveHealth Community app that you can download and you can join their session for free. I am also joining the Nike Run Club ever Tue and Thu night at 7:30m at Nike Park BGC
