To coincide with the 25th anniversary of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC), a new special issue of the Transnational Criminal Law Review looks at the challenges faced by the UNTOC and its Protocols, the controversies associated with their development, content, and implementation, and highlights the many achievements of these instruments which give reason to celebrate this anniversary.
