Nikki Beach Accessibility Statement

Nikki Beach (“we” or “Nikki Beach”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone using our website, including by applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Measures To Support Accessibility

Technical measures we have implemented:

• Keyboard navigation and visual focus – all functionality will be available using the keyboard controls
• Alternative text for images – all images will have a text alternative reference describing the image
• Color contrast – sufficient color contrast between text and background color
• Text size – all text can be increased in size (using the default browser controls)
• Forms, labels and errors – all forms will have visible labels and error text
• Links – all links will have discernible names
• User controls – navigation controls will be available for controlling slideshows/carousels
• ARIA – the website will use the appropriate ARIA roles and attributes to define web content making it more accessible to people with disabilities.

Organizational measures we have implemented:

• Respond to inquiries and complaints regarding difficulty accessing or using the website without undue delay.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Nikki Beach makes its best efforts to comply with WCAG 2.1 level AA standards.
