I had it photographed on my blog and they called it Fatteh Moussaka. I tried making something at home but so far ended up effectively making a moussaka with pomegranate seeds on top (it was delicious but not quite what I was looking for). This sounds more like it! I must try this. I’ve pinned it for now 🙂 It’s not just a delicious dish, it is also so eye catching! I tried mine around Valentines day – the pomegranate seeds were really fresh and it was difficult to capture their jewel-like quality on my phone, but that’s how they looked! Thanks for sharing! 🙂

These good people fled a war and immigrated legally. The respect for America and the rule of law is what makes these fine people an asset to our country. Please remember, the hundreds of thousands of criminals from rapists, to murderers and drug-dealing gangsters who enter our country and wreak mayhem here–are destroying what this country is about and who we are as a people. Please–don’t approve of lawlessness.
BTW–thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Comment on NOOOOOOOOO!!! Could it be? by rico

Thu, 10 Mar 2011 00:08:40 +0000https://neverfull.wordpress.com/2007/09/06/nooooooooowhat-good-is-left/#comment-905Food Network is now mostly a pathetic collection of second rate cooks(Chefs?) who give us recipe after recipe for Pasta and sandwiches and veggies.
I like to watch Nigella(her, not so much her recipes). Guy Fieri is more creative and Jamie Oliver is funny, even if he never washes the vegetables or his hands.
Michael Chiarello thinks he is the ultimate chef in the world and made Polenta with one gallon of cream and huge amount of cheese, stating that Polenta is the staple diet food of the South of Italy, instead of the North of Italy. One gallon of cream for heaven’s sake??!!
Rachel Ray is still fumbling around and Sandra Lee is pretty enough to distract me to watch whatever she is making.
And they fire Mario Batali?

Soooo let me guess…you are decidedly obese (interesting breakfast you have going on there) and are content to live that way. Fine.
You say healthy people drop dead around the same time as obese people. Really? Where are the stats to prove that?
Doesn’t quality of life matter? Being able to walk a few floors instead of taking the elevator without passing out is a tempting reason to bypass fast food.
Personally I wouldn’t have said that fast food is an American trademark out loud…that’s nothing to be proud of.
I agree with you however that the experts won’t stop people from doing what they want to do no matter how disgustingly harmful it is for them.
Do have a gander at my blog post would you? I’d like your feed(pun)back:

It’s the first country to make the discovery that their oil somehow got stuck underneath Iraq. And wherever there is war America is the first country to stick its nose in where it just doesn’t belong…as usual…good morning Vietnammmmm

Amy, I don’t know you other than you’re white. FN Fan, I don’t know you either, but you make some unreasonable arguments and rather inconsistent.
Before I go forward with my lengthy response, I’d like to know what two races you come from. It will be important in me addressing your points, accordingly.
In short, for now, I find all of this very interesting and so welcome the continued conversation on race, something that is sadly still a factor in making corporate decisions!
