About Me
I am a Senior Vision Algorithm Engineer at Honor, specializing in the development and deployment of AI-native imaging technologies powered by generative models. I earned my Ph.D. from the College of Optical Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University in June 2025.
I was a member of the inaugural cohort of the Pujiang National Laboratory Joint Training Ph.D. Program (2022–2025), conducting my doctoral research under the mentorship of Dr. Yueting Chen and co-supervision from Prof. Tianfan Xue. My expertise spans optical engineering and AI-enhanced imaging, with a focus on generative AI and cloud-based computational imaging.
My professional work centers on harnessing generative models to advance imaging algorithms, optimize sensor data interpretation, and design novel cloud-based computational photography pipelines. I have led and contributed to projects that integrate AI with optics and computer vision, improving image synthesis, enhancement, and real-time processing.
I obtained my B.S. in Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering from Central South University, where I received the National Scholarship and was recognized as an Outstanding Graduate of Hunan Province. I later pursued an integrated Master’s and Ph.D. program at Zhejiang University; my Master’s research on computational imaging was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Huajun Feng.
During my doctoral studies, I had the privilege to collaborate with Shi Guo, Zhihai Xu, Jinwei Gu, Yihao Liu, Xuelong Li, Qi Li, and Bin Zhao, collectively advancing AI-driven imaging research.
Research Interests
My research focuses on generative AI and computational photography. I design algorithms and systems that connect photon capture and sensor readout with learned image formation, enabling high-quality images and videos in challenging conditions such as low light, motion, and complex optics.
