NAAHoLS membership is open to anyone interested in the history of the language sciences, and we welcome members from outside the academic world and from outside North America.
NAAHoLS members receive our annual newsletter and are eligible to submit a proposal for our annual conference, held in conjunction with the annual meeting of the LSA in early January. You must be a NAAHoLS member in order to present at the conference or participate in the association’s governance.
NAAHoLS membership fees are as follows:
Annual membership (faculty and researchers): $50
Annual membership (students): $20
Life membership: $300
We are in the process of updating our payment systems; for the moment, if you are interested in joining NAAHoLS we ask that you contact NAAHoLS Secretary/Treasurer Catherine Fountain at fountainca@appstate.edu for more information.
Members from outside the United States: Our treasurer regrets that we are unable to accept checks written in currencies other than US Dollars. Members can opt to pay their dues in US Dollars at the annual meeting. Thank you.
