About the Author

I’m a 30-something resident of the DC-Metro area, a professional IT nerd, and an enthusiastic competitive shooter. For the past four years, I’ve competed mainly in multigun, USPSA, and Steel Challenge.

I started this blog with three different purposes in mind. First off, I want to use it as an online shooting journal – somewhere I can plan my practice sessions and keep track of my progress. Second, I want to post some articles on practical shooting – training, technique, equipment, match reviews, that kind of thing. Finally, it will be good to have a place to rant, rave, and fulminate about various unrelated topics.
