Motion Twin is a small game development studio based in France.

Organized as a worker cooperative, with no hierarchy, we choose our projects, our objectives and our working structure together.

We are trying to create the games we'd like to play, focusing on the player's experience.

No newcomers

Motion Twin was founded over 20 years ago, in 2001.

First, and for over 10 years, we have produced more than 150 web games, ranging from one week game jams to year long behemoths.

In 2017 we released our first PC game: Dead Cells. It has since brought joy and tears to more than 11 million players on PC, consoles and mobiles.
