Helga Joubert Useless police officers were afraid they would kill the dog if they tased it. Then the victim’s nutter cousin has urged people not to make sweeping generalizations about dog breeds, and not to point fingers and “play the blame game” and blame dangerous dogs and their owners. Furthermore, this man had complained about this very same dog in the past, yet it was returned to its irresponsible owner.
Looks like the UK is just as overrun by pit bull crazies as the U.S. is. Normal folks don’t have a chance.

As you can see they jump straight on the band wagon blaming “pit bulls” whereas clearly this dog was not a pit bull it had been seized previously and deemed not to be a banned breed but this doesn’t stop these haters from hiding the truth and their culpability in this incident and many others just like it.

The painful truth for these haters is that breed specific legislation does not protect the community and has been shown to have absolutely no discernible affect on dog bite statistic where ever it’s been enacted and tragic attacks involving non banned breeds are avoidable if we have breed neutral legislation that protects the community from all dangerous dogs and not just dogs thought to be pit bulls.

The harsh reality is just add this victim of a non pit bull type dog to the ever growing list which already includes well over 128 victims in the last decade alone.

To put this into perspective one person has been killed each and every month by non pit bull types in the last ten years and if breed specific legislation is left in place we can expect another 128 in the next decade as Bsl only targets pit bulls and leaves all other dangerous dogs to have their way with our children and elderly.

Please all pit bull owners if you have Bsl where you live be sure and contact legislators and put them on notice that if you or any of your family members are attacked by non banned breeds you will sue them for every cent they have for ignoring the real problem.

Jeff claims I’m trolling and stalking him because I monitor and record his poor behavior and expose their so called advocacy which features this type of post/comment generally revolving around killing pit bulls…..

Public safety advocates or thugs this is the type of post that infuriates pet owners for obvious reasons?

And the nasty nasty posts continue daily and he claims these people done nothing to warrant the nasty pm’s they get from pit bull owners…..

And this goes on each and every day in his grotty hate groups and as you can see they have little empathy for victims…..

They brag and gloat about killing pit bulls and yet they wonder why they get offensive pm’s from pet owners…..

They claim to be innocent victims whereas this is a typical post from one of these so called victims…..

The fact is these people goad and bait pit bull owners into making these types of comments and then have a big cry about it and proclaim themselves to be victims…..

These people consistently post sick and perverted stuff attacking pit bull owners and anyone that opposes breed specific legislation.

The fact is I openly welcome a full and thorough investigation into cyber bullying as I’m extremely confident the evidence speaks for itself these people have consistently and persistently attacked me for exposing not only their hatred but the inadequacies of breed specific legislation which does nothing to curb dog bite related deaths.


The fact is in the last decade one person per month every month has died as a result of an attack involving a “non pit bull type” dogs and Breed Specific Legislation does absolutely nothing to prevent attacks involving “non pit bull type dogs”.


The fact is Bsl doesn’t work as despite the deaths of hundreds of thousands of pit bulls in the last 2 years in a row the death toll has been well above the national average for the previous 2 decades indicating Bsl does not work as it only prevents attacks and fatalities involving pit bulls.

Colleen Lynn has done several interviews about that day, and let me be yet another voice to say, why can’t you keep your story straight Colleen?

We know you were bitten, there’s no deny that, and I will say the dog that bit you, probably had some issues with no being properly socialized, attacks on humans or other animals can’t simply be swept under the rug, and there are cases where if the dog is in fact a danger to the public they should be euthanized, no question, but you have to take ownership of your decisions on that day as well Colleen if in fact that is your real name!

However lying about what happened, what’s up with that? I have recounted this before but I was also attacked as a child a Malamute attacked me, viciously in fact, injuries that required 60-70 stitches to close the wounds however I didn’t lie about what happened to me, and I didn’t go on an insane crusade to rid the world of all Malamutes, I want to see responsibility put first, but responsiblity on all parties involved. Wake up colleen, living a lie not only hurts pit bulls but you as well, truth is best hon! come clean and stop the hate parade!

At best, DogsBite should be described as a political lobbying organization that advocates for genocide against Pit Bulls (a breed which Lynn herself can’t seem to define, since she includes all molosser types – not just APBTs & ASTs) and the promotion of BSL legislation (which are opposed by every mainstream national organization that is involved in canine/human interactions).

Don Cleary from the National Canine Research Council does an amazing job on the panel, btw. Lynn, on the other hand, should show her face more often because she comes off about as likeable as a kidney stone. To those unfamiliar with Collen Lynn, she’s called for an eradication of Pit Bulls and supports their ban and killing anywhere (and in any way) that it’s suggested.

But anyways, here is the point: Colleen Lynn (like the rest of anti-Pit Bull hatemongers infamous on the internet) is now shifting her attention towards MANDATORY SPAY AND NEUTER OF PIT BULLS. This is what I’ve been trying to point out for some time now, see here & here & here. Breed or type-specific mandatory spay and neuter laws are being proposed all over the place as a counter to bans, because it poses to do a good thing and still aims to seek the same objective as a ban would: breed or type elimination. Many cities, like those in California for instance, cannot get away with banning entire types of dogs because it is against state law.

So they’ll settle for a breed-specific mandatory spay and neuter law as the 2nd best option to achieving the ban. It’s also easier to push to a gullible public because it purports to do a good thing, like spaying and neutering, while the true and much darker agendas can attempt to be suppressed. Well, that’s not going to happen because I can see through it and so can many of you.

Much of this is happening because politicians, disengaged from the actual issues and not trying to genuinely become involved, look for easy answers and quick fixes. People like Colleen Lynn are now attempting to shift their entire tones in order to match these kinds of efforts. This is all very likely being done because most all people found their initial tactics and general statements about mass killing and vague eradication of dogs as extremely reprehensible.

They’ve obviously noticed that the breed-specific forced sterilization talking points have gained far more traction and in response are acting accordingly. Still, vile persons like Lynn and Dawn James can’t help themselves and hate literally radiates off of almost everything that they say or type anyways. This point still needs made, because others are better at hiding their contempt. I will not link to either of their many websites because they are many of the most exploitatively nasty on the entire internet. But that’s what Google is for.

During the Pit Bull video panel you can see Colleen Lynn shift and attempt to constantly grandstand behind “overpopulation,” acting as if her concerns are loving and as if she’s doing it for the good of the dogs and all the rest of it. Anyone that knows her website knows that that’s a complete pile of you know what, and she’s being about as disingenuous as anyone ever has been. You will see her lose her cool when someone asks her if she’d kill all the Pit Bulls. She clearly tries to distance herself from that idea and gets really angry at the suggestion, yet the internet is full of her own ideologies that support exactly those things.

Apparently we’re all “crazy.” Then she starts again, acting like she’s doing a “humane” thing for the dogs and attempts to shift the focus back to mandatory spaying and neutering of all Pit Bulls. You can see right through a fraud, and Lynn is a total fraud. She’s one of the most tyrannically backwards and nasty individuals that exist in the “animal community,” and her message (and others’) is shifting. Please take note of what’s been said here…

Yet yesterday provided us with a ban- and kill-driven, standing on dead bodiesdocument from DogsBite.org that claimed that 78% of these fatalities were caused by Pit Bulls. Totally nonsensical and unproven in any way, yet there it is, out to attempt to set 2014 public policy.

Astonishingly, amongst this pile of erroneous debris there is NO MENTION of how many offending dogs were running loose, chained and/or resident yard dogs, or amongst children while unsupervised. No mention! Aren’t those things relative to public safety? Yet there’s this “press release,” filled with “stats” meant to be salivated over by anti-Pit Bull sociopaths who want to “dirtnap” (as they say) millions of dogs for the actions of the extreme, extreme, extreme few. How in the world does this woman get to act as if she cares at all about public safety? How? By screaming “Pit Bull” and ignoring both the millions of Pit Bulls that have never done anything and also the clear and apparent circumstances behind almost every dog-related fatality ever recorded? Really?

Listen, if you seriously desired to improve public safety you would take the misnomers out of the discussion and promote 3 ideas that run counter to the 3 reckless circumstances that come aligned with almost any and every dog-related human fatality:

1) Keep your dog leashed, keep your dog properly contained.
2) Do not chain your dog, do not tether your dog for hours on end, interact with your dog, socialize your dog, expose your dog to different elements, teach your dog some basic obedience, stimulate your dog’s mind, give your dog a bit of structure, treat your dog compassionately and as a member of your family.
3) Watch your children, do not leave your children with any dog unsupervised, teach your children how to interact with animals and how to respect their boundaries.

For anyone that knows anything about dogs, how does any of this not apply, and further, how is this not a focus? How is this not THE focus? No serious person can answer or retort these things. I’d love to see anyone try.

And then there’s this gem, which I find pretty entertaining…

The only other known nonprofit organization, in addition to DogsBite.org, that tracks this vital data publicly is Animal People.

Wow! How convenient to say, I mean, that those 2 “organizations” are run by individuals (Colleen Lynn and Merritt Clifton) that both want Pit Bulls banned and dead. Incredibly fair, not bias, of course not, right? It’s quite intriguing that there’s no mention of the National Canine Research Council, but that’s because everything they say repeatedly lays waste to Colleen Lynn’s nonsensical posing as a representative for genuinely desiring to increase public safety.

And finally, don’t forget that we are talking about 32 incidents out of 75+ million dogs and 300+ million people. 32!

Now some grandstanding charlatan will say, well, how dare you say that 1 life isn’t precious! How dare you imply that 32 lives lost isn’t important! I’M NOT SAYING THAT. I’M NOT IMPLYING THAT. If you listen to the things that I’ve written I actually repeatedly try to remind folks why the majority of these things happen. Most of these fatalities are completely avoidable. But you have to add perspective and scope to the problem. This is not a simple issue where you can just snap your fingers, eliminate every dog that even remotely resembles a Pit Bull, and have all these problems wash away. This is a reckless human problem, not a dog one.

Riverside County Supervisor Jeff Stone said back prior to voting to usher in breed-discriminatory legislation that “if 1 life can be spared through this ordinance, that it’s 1 life worth saving.”

Okay, but at what cost? How many lives need to be lost in this philosophical process? How many problems need to be avoided and outright ignored? How many people and animals need to be scapegoated? This is where you enter the realm of demagoguery. This is Colleen Lynn’s specialty. A mentality like Stone’s is the same type of thinking that attempts to justify dropping an atomic bomb on an entire city. Have you ever seen a wedding party or a neighborhood blown to smithereens by a hellfire missile or a drone? And just because there was a piece of “intelligence” that put 1 person in that vicinity? That’s what you call collateral damage. The doctrine of embracing collateral damage is the work of tyrants. So these people acting like they care about the sanctity of life, while green-lighting literal boundaryless mayhem in order to fill a singular objective, is utter hypocrisy of the highest order.

To bring it back to dogs: The collateral damage for the objective of frauds like Lynn and DogsBite is millions of dogs dead. That’s their desire; stated, stashed, masked, and true. Rampant vilification based solely on how sentient beings look. The line of thought that dogs from certain visual groups are not also individuals, but rather products with no differences. People being denied housing and a livelihood based around what kind of dog that they may have. Families being torn apart. Municipalities closing their doors to you, and criminalizing you when you are in reality totally innocent. Stereotypes and labels being attached to people, and all because of the individual dog that you love. Creating this regurgitated hysteria and playing on fear, which is the lowest common denominator when attempting to actually be intelligent. Shelter policies becoming more draconian than they already are. Due process being eliminated. Laws being circumvented, while others go ignored. A further unAmericanness taking tighter hold. That’s Colleen Lynn and DogsBite.org. That’s who, and what, you support when you swallow the utter garbage that is housed on that website.
