A GREAT LIFE…. I am an adventurous dreamer, mother, grandma (mimi) and love nature and all it beholds.
My latest adventure is pursuing a long time dream of finishing my Bachelors and someday teaching at some capacity. I am in my second year after 27 years of working in the food service industry (which is what I got my associates in).
I live on a great home farm with a wonderful friend, partner, cheerleader and supporter. We have lots of fun cooking, exploring, traveling, fishing and laughing.
Nature is everything for me, especially on the water. I would like to be more actively involved in preserving rivers, and fish and that will be something I will continue to work at so I can continue to explore the beautiful waters that bring so much peace to many people.
I share random things about my family, my culture/heritage (Persian), fly fishing, volleyball, travels, farm life. Most of the photos I take are from my phone, as I don’t carry a camera on me full-time and there are those moments I see something that just requires a snapshot.
And crazy antics of my puppy Charlie. 7 months old 70 pounds.
A FRESH START 
Hello cousin!!! I just stumbled across your blog via FB and loooove it! I love the idea of a fresh start at any age and under whatever circumstances. It’s wonderful to see people appreciate and really make the most of the life they only get one shot at getting right. We had the fortune to live in Beaverton for about 6 months. I worked on Haydn Island. Every opportunity we had we’d venture out and explore Oregon. It was so beautiful. The people were nice, intelligent!, and the food and agriculture were amazing. It’s the one place we’d love to move back to. I look forward to your photos!!! 🙂

🙂 you are pretty awesome! love fishing, and fly fishing is one of my favorites… Have you been to Rosco, NY? My favorite creek is in Utah however it’s about two feet wide and not really a fly fishing spot though. I hope to make Siberia one day and fly fish for some Blue Trout one day, I read bout them in National Geographic years ago and it has been my dream since. I love the outdoors too. I use to love to go camping and hiking. I remember we had this pond in our back yard, and I would take the canoe out at night, look up at the stars and cringe when the bullfrogs started to sing, one of my favorite memories. Thank you for reminding me.
