After trying topical CBD products to relieve lingering nerve pain from shingles, I discovered that they're great for all sorts of joint and muscle pain and skin issues. After my original brand went out of business, I switched to Milk Barn Farm's topicals and couldn't be happier. The tinned version of this product is messier than the stick, but both absorb quickly and relieve arthritis pain, muscle aches and cramps, and dry, itchy skin.

These rollers are great! The oil goes on easily and absorbs quickly, great for spot relief of arthritic joints, leg and foot cramps, bites/stings, and bruises. The scent is pleasant, not overwhelming.

I have pretty bad pain. And I use salon pas sticky pads A. LOT. . But there are a lot of places on my body where the sticky pads will not stay. Or they will impede my movement.

So for my knees, my elbows, my feet and my hands, the CBD roller really takes the cake.

It smells good. It doesn’t take very long to sink in, but I do tend to rub it in simply to make sure it gets in as fast as I can, and as deep as it can.

I wear a Oura type ring to track my sleep. I have noticed over the last few weeks since I received this product that my stress report shows more relaxed time overnight. I also feel less stressed upon waking.

This will sound completely ridiculous, but my favorite baseball team made it to the postseason and I was feeling considerably anxious during a game. I decided to try this product and to my delight, I did feel less anxious. My team is now out of the playoffs so I will use this for anxiety during hockey season.
