I read this and cried. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. That little dog was one of the luckiest dogs in the world. You loved him with all your heart and then some. Losing your mom and then your little dog in one year is beyond heartbreaking. If there is one consolation it is that he lived a very long life in dog years.
