I've used Many Tricks' Moom for years for window screen management and hit the hotkeys for this maybe 500 times a day. Unfortunately the settings have no export/import and every new machine means digging up and re-creating this list of custom configurations. Documenting to share and for reference.
Key binding = control+option+space
Define using 6 x 6 cells
