Photo a Day Project: Day 64 – 70
This week was very busy in a good way. The highlight was successfully registering to run the Boston Athletic Association’s Half Marathon in October! It is very popular and sells out in minutes. I don’t think I ever typed so fast. Get ready to look forward to photos I take on long runs and ones from race day! Enjoy this week’s for now!

A couple weeks ago, we had just one pinwheel outside my office. Now that pinwheel has friends.

These seven days ended on a high night with a free Guster concert in the Boston Commons. I had always wanted to see them play and they were amazing! A beautiful night for a wonderful concert!

No matter how many times I run around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, I never tire of the perfect view of the Prudential and Hancock Tower.

While on my long run (8 miles! Half marathon distance here I come!) I passed a boat rental area, and it had a collection of forest green canoes ready to be rented. There are always moments I wish I could still be a camper at my amazing camp — and this was one of them.

Fenway is such a classic ballpark and I had the opportunity to witness first hand one of the oldest baseball rivals — Yankees vs. Red Sox. Unfortunately the Red Sox lost that game, but won the next!

Happy Belated Fourth of July! Over the long weekend, I had the opportunity to go home and spend some time with my family. Here are the next 7 days, including some shots from that trip.

During my flight home, I experienced a beautiful sunset.

Recently, a grocery store opened up in downtown Cleveland in the Cleveland Trust Rotunda Building. The construction involved beautiful restoration of the space, including the central rotunda window.

My friend and I spent a rainy Sunday at the Museum of Science and spent some time in their Butterfly Garden. Tons of beautiful butterflies flying around! Here is just one.

Sorry this post is a week late! I was back in Cleveland last weekend (Go Cavs! All in for Cle!), and my flight back got canceled. Getting back was a bit of a hassle and I have been busy since I got back. But here it is – days 15 through 21.

Photo a Day Project: Day 1 – 7
Hey Everyone! So after a rough never ending winter, I am back with a new project: one photo posted every day. I had done this once before and had not finished. This time I am DETERMINED to finish it, and think it will be easier because of two big differences. 1) I have a smart phone, so being able to take photos throughout the day will be easier. 2) I am changing my own process: At the end of every day I will post the photo of the day on my Instagram account, and then every Sunday or Monday I will post the past seven photos to my blog. The photos will range from artsy photos that I take to capturing experiences I have. Sometimes I will write a few words about the photos, sometime I will just post the photo.
Enjoy these first 7! And make sure to follow along to see if I actually complete it.

This photo came about because it was 9:30 at night and I was just getting home, all I could think was I hadn’t taken a photo I could post. Fortunately, my roommate is growing chilis and there was this bright red one!

I think the bus had “80’s party bus” written on it, but to me it was the Electric Mayhem bus from the original Muppet Movie.
Day 7
My roommate and I ended up with tickets to the Kiss FM concert, where we had seats really close to the stage. There I finally got to watch one of my favorites, Kelly Clarkson, perform. She was just as amazing as I thought she would be, even more.
There you have it! My first 7 down, day #8 posted to Instagram….and 357 to go!
