You can book a wide variety of spaces, activities, and experiences including: On-demand desks (hot desks or dedicated desks) Private offices by the day, week, or month Meeting and conference rooms Event venues Creative studios (like podcasting or photography studios) Unique spaces, services, and activities hosted by our partners

How do I contact a Host?

Once you are logged in (mobile app or web), you can message the Host directly by clicking "Contact Host".

Are Team Plans Available?

Yes, we have plans designed for teams that include curated access to your own network of venues, multi-user access, analytics, and simplified billing. For more information, please reach out to sales.

How do refunds/cancellations work?

If you need to change a booking let the Host know by reaching out to the Host under your "My Bookings" page. In general, if as a User you cancel a Booking, the amount refunded to you is determined by the cancellation policy that applies to that Booking. If no policy is stated, cancel free 24 hours prior to the booking start time. If a Host cancels a booking, a User is entitled to a full refund. In the case of a DropDesk Pass membership you must cancel 1 day prior to the next billing cycle.
